About the Role
You will work closely with the Managing Director, who leads strategy, and turn it into results: winning new customers and keeping them. This is a hands-on senior role in a small team, with clear targets and real ownership of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly new-customer and revenue targets across events, referrals and online.
- Plan and run relevant events that turn guests into customers.
- Secure and manage the company’s presence at relevant events with partners, for sales and brand exposure.
- Grow repeat purchases, subscriptions and word of mouth through customer care, reviews and referrals.
- Oversee content and social media.
- Test new sales channels and scale the ones that work.
- Manage the marketing budget and report results to the Managing Director.
