Responsibilities

• Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, follow-ups, negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management.
• Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, sales channels, and market segments.
• Build relationships with potential customers, retailers, distributors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the CEO / Founder in executing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and product launches.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Explore and support B2C sales channels including direct sales, e-commerce, retail, distribution, events, and partnerships.
• Work with external marketing partners and internal teams to support lead generation and sales campaigns.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer records, forecasts, and regular sales updates.
• Provide customer and market feedback to help improve our products and commercial approach.
• Support our growth in Malaysia and future expansion into selected Asian markets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Commercial, or related roles.
• Strong interest in sales, customer development, and building new business opportunities.
• Hands-on and willing to take ownership — comfortable doing the work, not just planning it.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting customers, presenting products, developing leads, and following through to close.
• Digitally savvy and comfortable learning and using modern tools, including AI tools, CRM, social media, and digital platforms.
• Curious about new consumer trends, technologies, and ways of reaching customers.
• Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Willing to work in the Petaling Jaya area and possess own transport.
