We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage the transportation and delivery of heavy equipment and mission-critical data centre infrastructure. This role plays a key part in ensuring large-scale equipment, modules, and specialised components are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule across complex project environments.

About the Role
We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage the transportation and delivery of heavy equipment and mission-critical data centre infrastructure. This role plays a key part in ensuring large-scale equipment, modules, and specialised components are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule across complex project environments.

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate transportation of heavy equipment, prefabricated modules, and critical data centre infrastructure
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, transport vendors, and project teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Manage logistics schedules and monitor shipment progress from origin to destination
- Coordinate lifting, rigging, and site delivery activities for oversized or specialised equipment
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, permits, and safety requirements
- Identify logistics risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent project delays
- Support customs clearance and import/export activities when required
- Track logistics costs and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with construction and project teams to align deliveries with project milestones
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Heavy equipment logistics
- Industrial project logistics
- Data centre infrastructure projects
- Construction or EPC environments
- Experience handling oversized cargo, specialised transport, or critical equipment deliveries
- Familiarity with logistics planning, freight management, customs procedures, and transportation compliance
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple priorities
