Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead to lead the design and development of a new product vertical focused on visitor identity resolution and data enrichment.

This role will drive the creation of a real-time identity graph system that transforms anonymous website visitors into enriched, actionable profiles by leveraging large-scale interaction data.

This is a zero-to-one product build, offering the opportunity to architect, scale, and own a high-impact data platform.


Key Responsibilities

1. System Architecture & Development

  • Design and develop scalable identity resolution systems within a microservices architecture
  • Define and manage data models including identity profiles, visitor sessions, and data signals
  • Build real-time processing pipelines for high-volume data streams
  • Design browser fingerprinting and signal collection strategies

2. Data Integration & Enrichment

  • Integrate and manage multiple third-party data providers for enrichment
  • Develop orchestration pipelines with fallback logic, caching, and cost optimization
  • Continuously monitor and improve data accuracy and enrichment performance

3. Performance & Scalability

  • Ensure low-latency, real-time identity resolution capabilities
  • Optimize system performance for high-throughput environments
  • Implement caching, deduplication, and efficient API usage strategies
  • Work with large-scale analytical data systems for aggregation and insights

4. Privacy & Compliance

  • Design and implement data privacy frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR)
  • Manage consent, opt-out mechanisms, and data retention policies
  • Ensure compliance with third-party data usage and licensing

5. Technical Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery from MVP to scalable production system
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
  • Define testing strategies for system accuracy and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and frontend

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years in backend or data engineering
  • At least 2–3 years working on data-intensive systems such as identity resolution, enrichment pipelines, or similar platforms

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in system architecture and microservices
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs with caching and performance optimization
  • Solid understanding of data modelling for both transactional and analytical use cases
  • Experience working with high-scale distributed systems

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Identity resolution, browser fingerprinting, or tracking technologies
  • Experience in AdTech / MarTech / data platform environments
  • Familiarity with enrichment data providers and APIs

Other Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance scalability, performance, and cost
  • Good understanding of data privacy and compliance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with analytical databases (e.g., ClickHouse, BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)
  • Knowledge of Node.js / TypeScript
  • Experience with usage-based billing systems
  • Background in ETL or data pipeline engineering
