Location: Senai, Johor
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for our growing data centre construction and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer stage)
- Work closely with hiring managers on technical and project-based hiring needs
- Build talent pipelines for engineering, construction, and support functions
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- 1–2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience
- Experience in technical, engineering, construction, infrastructure, or data centre hiring is preferred
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms
- Mandarin-speaking / Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
- Candidates based in Johor are strongly preferred
Good to Have
- Experience hiring for roles such as:
- Site / Project / Construction roles
- Electrical / Mechanical / M&E Engineers
- QS / Cost / BIM / Technical positions
