We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Consultant to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 Copilot within an enterprise environment.
This role requires strong expertise across Microsoft 365 services, a solid understanding of AI governance and security, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while driving continuous improvements.

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Consultant to support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 Copilot within an enterprise environment.
This role requires strong expertise across Microsoft 365 services, a solid understanding of AI governance and security, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot services in alignment with enterprise security and governance standards, including Microsoft Purview
- Define, implement, and maintain governance frameworks for Copilot agents and capabilities
- Monitor Microsoft roadmap updates and assess their impact on the organization; proactively recommend enhancements and optimizations
- Provide L3 support for troubleshooting complex user and system issues related to Copilot
- Identify and mitigate security, compliance, and governance risks associated with generative AI usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale M365 deployments, integrations, and migrations
- Contribute to the Copilot roadmap and strategy, including integrations and evolution towards agentic AI capabilities
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance policies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot prerequisites, including:
- Microsoft Search indexing
- Permissions and access controls
- Microsoft Purview
- Licensing models
- Graph connectors
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including:
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Microsoft Intune
- Security & Compliance Center
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Graph APIs
- Solid understanding of AI governance, compliance, and security best practices
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-scale environments (L3 support level)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Good to have:
- Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI adoption frameworks
- Certifications in Microsoft 365, Security, or Azure (e.g., MS-102, SC-900, AZ-104)
- Experience with Copilot or AI-driven productivity tools implementation
