Overview
Responsible for leading and executing IT audit activities to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This role supports audit planning, execution, and reporting while providing insights to improve governance and business processes.

Key Responsibilities 

• Support development of IT audit plans and risk assessments in alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Execute end-to-end audit activities including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue tracking
• Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls, governance, and risk management frameworks
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings, root causes, and actionable recommendations
• Engage stakeholders to communicate audit outcomes and track remediation progress
• Monitor and escalate audit issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Apply data analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Lead audit engagements when required, providing guidance and review of team members’ work
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards (e.g., IIA) and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT audit, assurance, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT), and risk-based auditing
• Experience in digital banking, fintech, or technology-driven environments is preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CIA, CISSP, CRISC) or Big 4 experience are advantageous
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead audit engagements
