Solution Developer Role Summary As a Solution Developer, you will be part of the organization’s EMEA delivery team, contributing to the development of MarTech solutions for large international clients headquartered in the UK and EU. The role involves building, integrating, testing, and deploying scalable solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams based in Poland and stakeholders in the UK and EMEA region. This is a EMEA shift role, requiring alignment with EMEA business hours to support stakeholders and delivery teams based in EMEA. Key Responsibilities • Analyze high-level designs created by Architects and translate them into technical solutions • Create low-level designs for assigned features and components • Develop and enhance code following best engineering practices • Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability • Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate feedback • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner • Actively participate in daily stand-ups and team discussions to share progress and challenges Requirements • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and ETL processes • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript • Experience with API integrations • Working knowledge of modern software development practices and tools, including: • Git • CI/CD concepts (e.g., Jenkins, Continuous Integration) • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) • Nice-to-Have • Experience with Jira and Git-based workflows • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Treasure Data or Boxever or Sitecore Personalize • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 • Exposure to Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) • Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or equivalent) • Relevant cloud certifications (GCP / AWS) • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
