We’re looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to support Level 3 engineering efforts in a remote contract opportunity focused on identity governance and administration. This role offers the chance to work on meaningful access management initiatives, including SailPoint ISC, integration work, and solution design that directly supports secure and scalable identity processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced Level 3 engineering tasks in support of identity and access management operations
• Set up and support SailPoint ISC, including IQ and VA server environments
• Contribute to identity governance and lifecycle management efforts across the platform
• Build and support SCIM integrations with connected systems and applications
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implement workable solutions
• Support identity discovery and management activities tied to non-human identities and agentic AI, when applicable
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, refine solutions, and improve IAM processes

Skills

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, with SailPoint ISC preferred
• Working knowledge of SailPoint IIQ
• Strong understanding of identity governance and administration concepts
• Experience with lifecycle management in an IAM environment
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions based on business needs
• Experience supporting or building SCIM integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SailPoint MIS and Entro modules
• Exposure to non-human identity management
• Experience with agentic AI discovery and management concepts
• 2-3 years of hands-on SailPoint experience
• Background in remote engineering support and cross-functional collaboration
