Bring your strategic thinking and creative coordination skills to a role focused on shaping brand and packaging experiences that connect with consumers. This position offers the opportunity to partner across multiple teams to turn insights into clear, compelling creative briefs and help drive projects from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs that support strong consumer experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams across brand, creative, production design, merchandising, project management, strategy, operations, marketing, and insights
- Use consumer, market, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that strengthen brand communication
- Develop brand strategies that support consistency across channels and can scale effectively
- Coordinate priorities, timelines, budgets, and risks to keep projects moving smoothly
- Lead day-to-day project management activities, including setting context, facilitating meetings, tracking financials, and supporting execution
- Help align teams around goals, responsibilities, and budget allocation
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests with confidence and organization
- Skill in analyzing complex information and communicating clearly to a broad audience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Experience with food and beverage categories
- Ability to work effectively across local and global teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
