JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring brand stories to life in a fast-moving creative production role supporting immersive, multi-channel campaigns across experiential, AV, static, social, and paid media. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned producer who thrives on balancing launch work with always-on execution, collaborating across teams to turn ambitious ideas into polished, on-time deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production across a wide range of creative work, from launch campaigns and brand moments to seasonal and always-on assets.
  • Build and manage production plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple locations and workstreams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partners, external vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.
  • Oversee execution from pre-production through post-production, including logistics, asset delivery, and final approvals.
  • Support experiential activations and location-based initiatives, including vendor management, fabrication, and on-site execution as needed.
  • Review creative concepts for production feasibility, helping identify risks, constraints, and solutions early in the process.
  • Manage production bids, estimates, and talent-related considerations while maintaining budget and schedule discipline.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, solve problems proactively, and help keep programs on track when priorities shift.
  • Help maintain consistency and quality across both high-profile and smaller-scale campaigns.
  • Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved, and distributed to the right partners on time.

Skills

  • 8+ years of production experience in brand marketing, agency, or entertainment environments.
  • Proven experience producing high-volume campaign assets across AV, static, social, and paid channels.
  • Strong background in managing both large-scale brand launches and ongoing campaign production.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and partners.
  • Strong judgment in fast-paced environments with the ability to work through ambiguity.
  • Experience working with creative partners across a range of production styles and scopes.
  • Comfort operating as a senior individual contributor without direct reports.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with experiential production and location-based activations.
  • Design exposure or experience working closely with design teams.
  • Familiarity with creative partner selection and vendor negotiations.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
  • Knowledge of production considerations such as music licensing, union matters, and talent clearances.
  • Ability to balance short-term deliverables with longer-term launch planning.
