Join a dynamic product design team shaping a data-rich, collaborative application that helps employees and business partners make faster, more confident decisions. This senior-level UX Product Designer role offers the opportunity to influence experience strategy, explore human + AI interactions, and contribute to scalable design patterns in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional design colleagues to help define the UX vision and product design strategy for a complex lifecycle management application.
  • Create thoughtful, human-centered experiences that support exploration, ideation, design, sourcing, and decision-making.
  • Design interaction patterns where AI complements human work in a clear, useful, and trustworthy way.
  • Develop information architectures and data visualizations that make complex insights easier to understand and act on.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to translate technical outputs into intuitive user experiences.
  • Lead discovery conversations and synthesis activities to uncover user needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Extend and adapt existing design system patterns to support consistency and scalability across experiences.
  • Advocate for responsible, transparent, accessible, and inclusive design practices throughout the product development process.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in UX or product design.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead-level individual contributor role.
  • Strong background designing data-rich, analytics-driven, or AI-enabled products.
  • Experience working across complex product ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Solid experience with agile product teams and collaborative workflows.
  • Ability to create journey maps, prototypes, and user-tested design concepts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly in written, verbal, and visual formats.
  • Understanding of accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience contributing to or scaling an enterprise design system.
  • Background in data visualization and storytelling with complex information.
  • Comfort working with technical teams on machine learning or predictive interface concepts.
  • Strong strategic thinking and product visioning skills.
  • Ability to plan and facilitate user research sessions and hypothesis-driven testing.
  • Familiarity with JIRA.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI tools, methods, and design approaches.
