JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support field operations and program coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This hybrid role is centered on keeping recurring work organized, improving operational continuity, and helping business partners stay focused on strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shared inboxes, triage incoming requests, and prioritize follow-up based on urgency, impact, and service expectations.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams at once, keeping deliverables, deadlines, and next steps moving forward.
  • Track and resolve field escalations by driving open items to completion and escalating blockers when needed.
  • Support onboarding coordination and follow-up activities for new field leaders.
  • Assist with communication channels, including publishing content and supporting community engagement activities.
  • Manage recurring operational tasks, reporting activities, and business process coordination across field operations.
  • Create, maintain, and update trackers that provide visibility into status, dependencies, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
  • Support surveys, recurring reporting, work order bulk-load submissions, and MACU request tracking.
  • Perform data reconciliation across operational platforms and store-level reporting activities.
  • Maintain internal resources, process documentation, and operational content used by business partners and field teams.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and reduce administrative burden.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, field operations, project coordination, facilities operations, or a similar recurring operational environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, requests, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track work from intake through completion.
  • Experience identifying blockers, coordinating follow-up, and keeping work on schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear status updates and follow-through.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, data validation, data reconciliation, and trend analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience using workflow, ticketing, project-tracking, or request-management tools.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting property management, facilities, store operations, maintenance, construction, or other multi-site environments.
  • Background working with geographically dispersed field teams.
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint sites, resource hubs, or knowledge-management content.
  • Familiarity with surveys, operational measurement, and recurring reporting processes.
  • Experience in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Comfort using operational data to support tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
