We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to support and enhance a Deltek CostPoint environment within a dynamic professional services setting. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, improve processes, and help deliver a strong user experience across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Deltek CostPoint and related Time & Expense processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in the Deltek ERP ecosystem.
• Work with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to improve system usage and streamline business workflows.
• Support the configuration, testing, and adoption of system updates, patches, and new functionality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities and improve operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• Create documentation and deliver training that helps end users work more effectively.
• Help ensure system practices remain aligned with internal controls, governance standards, and federal compliance requirements.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of functional experience supporting Deltek CostPoint ERP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Ability to analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical groups.
• Comfort working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of compliance expectations and controls relevant to federal engagements.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting federal projects or engagements.
• Familiarity with additional Deltek modules and reporting tools.
• Experience helping drive process improvements and system optimization.
• Background in training users and developing clear process documentation.
• Ability to balance business needs with system and compliance requirements.
