In this onsite role, you’ll help keep campaigns moving smoothly by connecting creative, brand, production, merchandising, and external partners from kickoff through final execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own project intake, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for creative work across PR, social, and influencer initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment among creative, brand marketing, PR, social, influencer, merchandising, production, and agency partners
  • Bring channel teams into the creative process early to support campaign planning, ideation, shoot logistics, and creative reviews
  • Manage workflows for channel-specific assets such as press kits, lookbooks, social deliverables, and influencer content briefs
  • Partner with creative, production, and merchandising teams on shot lists, product details, image selection, retouching, and sample coordination
  • Lead status meetings, track action items, document decisions, and keep stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Proactively identify risks, adjust priorities as needed, and help move approvals and handoffs forward on time
  • Maintain accurate project tracking tools and documentation while looking for ways to improve processes and collaboration

Skills

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing production
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders independently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Comfort working across creative, marketing, and production teams
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Workfront, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting PR, social, and influencer marketing workflows
  • Background in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments
  • Familiarity with creative production and campaign asset development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and partners
  • Interest in improving workflows and enabling creative teams to do their best work
