Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that improve data collection, measurement, and automation across Adobe Experience Platform environments.
• Design and support end-to-end implementations of Customer Journey Analytics, from planning and setup through post-launch support.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to translate solution requirements into tagging and tracking specifications.
• Develop, update, test, and deploy code to support accurate and reliable data capture across web, mobile, and app experiences.
• Enhance and maintain digital data layers, event-based tracking, and tag management solutions.
• Write and troubleshoot JavaScript-based tracking logic, plugins, and custom scripts to support advanced measurement needs.
• Support integration of data from multiple sources into Adobe Experience Platform for downstream analytics and activation use cases.
• Lead quality assurance, validation, and deployment activities within Agile delivery processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across analytics, development, and marketing technology functions to support business priorities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to guide analytics implementation efforts and support team delivery.

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, including experience with tag management and tracking implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adobe Experience Platform and related services such as Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, or Real-Time CDP.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation.
• Experience working with Adobe Data Collection, Web SDKs, Mobile SDKs, schemas, datasets, and identity management.
• Ability to troubleshoot implementation issues using browser developer tools and debugging utilities.
• Experience with QA, deployment, and testing in Agile environments.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to data quality.
• Experience managing or mentoring analysts or developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience developing scripting for A/B testing and experimentation using Adobe Target.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Looker, or Power BI dashboard development.
• Experience with Google BigQuery and multi-source data ingestion pipelines.
• Familiarity with Adobe I/O, APIs, Swagger, or Postman.
• Working knowledge of Node.js, CSS, Python, Domo, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience supporting complex digital ecosystems with multiple sites, apps, and custom tracking needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across technical and business teams.
