Join a fast-paced talent acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, where you’ll help deliver a smooth and efficient candidate experience across high-volume hiring needs for nationwide locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing talent, strengthening hiring pipelines, and partnering with internal stakeholders to support critical staffing goals.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews for top prospects
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts by sourcing qualified candidates across assigned locations
• Help improve hiring workflows and candidate flow to support faster and more effective recruiting outcomes
• Partner with internal teams on recruiting initiatives and related HR projects
• Provide responsive, professional support to candidates and business partners throughout the hiring process
• Use modern sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and data insights to improve recruiting efficiency
• Contribute to reporting and performance tracking related to applicant pipelines and hiring activity

Skills

• Experience in talent acquisition, high-volume recruiting, or hiring operations
• Strong ability to evaluate candidates and identify high-potential talent
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing tools
• Ability to interpret data and use insights to support recruiting decisions
• Strong communication and follow-through in a fast-moving environment
• Professionalism when working with cross-functional teams and HR policies
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
