  • Support project planning by helping track objectives, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Act as a central contact for deployment questions, updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor milestones, resource readiness, and overall deployment progress using project tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Document project status, action items, risks, and outcomes accurately and consistently.
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, field resources, and business stakeholders to support successful execution.

  • Strong project coordination and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills across different levels of stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Comfort documenting processes, requirements, updates, and project results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience coordinating on-site deployment work remotely.
  • Experience working with vendors or third-party service providers.
  • Background in deployment management, implementation, operations, or process improvement.

  • Ability to read and interpret low-voltage prints, construction drawings, or similar project documents.
  • Experience using AI tools or Co-Pilot to support productivity and workflow.
