Responsibilities

• Support the growth and day-to-day performance of creator affiliate programs across multiple brands.
• Manage activities within creator partnership ecosystems, including recruitment, reactivation, and ongoing relationship support.
• Help coordinate creator communications and partnership touchpoints to strengthen engagement and program success.
• Assist with campaign planning, product briefing, and SKU selection to support affiliate initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to efforts that drive affiliate-attributed revenue.
• Partner with internal teams to support program execution and ensure deliverables stay aligned with business goals.

Skills

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or creator relationship management.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing and revenue-focused program support.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with creator ecosystems and digital partnership platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting creator programs within ShopMy or LTK ecosystems.
• Background in campaign operations, product selection, or briefing processes.
• Familiarity with affiliate reporting, program optimization, or growth analysis.
• Ability to contribute ideas that improve creator engagement and program effectiveness.
