We’re looking for a Recruiter III to help connect talented people with meaningful opportunities by partnering closely with hiring managers and supporting the full recruiting process. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, sourcing strong candidates, and creating a positive experience for applicants throughout every stage of the process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, networking, internet recruiting tools, cold outreach, referrals, and other outreach methods.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, education, training, and job-related skills.
• Maintain accurate employment and recruiting records throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates about opportunities, consideration, and next steps.
• Share information with applicants about the organization, its operations, benefits, and available career opportunities.
• Support ongoing recruitment efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
