Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Source, interview, and screen candidates for open roles and future opportunities.
• Share information with prospective applicants about the organization, its operations, benefits, and career paths.
• Advise managers and team members on staffing policies and hiring procedures.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations to support selection decisions.
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly recruiting process.

• 8-10 years of customer service-related experience required.
