Job Description
Analyst, Blackline Center of Excellence
The Analyst, Blackline Center of Excellence will focus on building out the COE structure, processes, and best practices, with the explicit goal of transitioning ongoing ownership and operations to VF full-time employees as the team matures.
- Phased implementation of prioritized initiatives (see timeline below), including:
o Global policy and risk methodology development
o Standardization of reconciliation processes and templates
o Ownership and governance model design
o Integration of supporting data feeds (subledger, bank, FX)
o Rollout of Transaction Matching and Journals modules (with DT and external consultant support)
o Expansion of Variance Analysis
o Implementation of Task Management
o Assessment and modernization of intercompany processes
- What does success look like:
Acelerate foundational work and knowledge transfer
Lead implementations that require deep Blackline expertise
Partner with Finance, DT, and external consultants for complex integrations
Mentor and onboard future COE team members
