Join a high-impact Technical Program Manager role where you will help shape the future of operations tooling and rider experience for a cutting-edge autonomous mobility platform. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex, cross-functional programs that improve fleet efficiency, strengthen reliability, and enhance both internal operations and customer-facing experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across two major portfolios: operations tooling and rider/vehicle experience.
- Serve as the main point of contact for milestone updates, executive communication, and program status across stakeholders.
- Drive execution for initiatives that do not have a dedicated program manager and partner closely with owners on shared workstreams.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, autonomy, and operations teams to align scope, sequencing, and dependencies.
- Identify risks, blockers, and gaps early, then work to resolve or escalate them quickly.
- Support quarterly planning by helping teams prioritize work, clarify tradeoffs, and surface any unfunded efforts.
- Track operational metrics tied to fleet efficiency and reliability, and ensure programs are accountable to measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate the structure of programs within each portfolio and recommend improvements when needed.
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or a related technical leadership role.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
- Background in operational or operator-facing tooling such as fleet systems, dispatch, remote assistance, logistics, or support platforms.
- Experience with consumer-facing product development, ideally including mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of autonomy, robotics, or another safety-critical technical environment.
- Strong ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
- Advanced Jira skills for backlog management and dependency tracking.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous work and keep programs moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ridesharing, delivery, logistics, or marketplace environments.
- Experience building programs and processes from the ground up.
- Background in consumer mobile at scale, including accessibility and localization considerations.
- Experience managing both internal tooling and customer-facing product work.
- Experience supporting the move from limited deployment to commercial-scale operations.
- PMP or an equivalent certification.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business partners in a highly matrixed environment.
