JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Program Manager to support creative technology and workflow transformation initiatives in a fast-moving environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex workstreams, improving enablement, and helping cross-functional teams move forward with clarity and momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to organize and coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain program plans, milestone trackers, sequencing documents, risk logs, decision logs, and status updates.
  • Facilitate standups, working sessions, planning meetings, retrospectives, and program reviews to keep work moving.
  • Translate program objectives into clear actions, responsibilities, and measurable next steps.
  • Identify enablement needs by audience and workflow, then help shape communications, training, and support materials.
  • Work with subject matter experts to develop adoption resources such as process guidance, demonstrations, office hours, and feedback loops.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and decision points early and help maintain visibility across stakeholders.
  • Track progress and provide concise updates that help teams understand status, handoffs, and upcoming priorities.
  • Support workflow improvements by incorporating feedback and recommending practical enhancements to tools or processes.

Skills

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, project management, creative operations, marketing operations, product operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple teams, workstreams, and dependencies.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to coordinate work without direct people-management responsibility.
  • Experience creating and maintaining structured program documentation and reporting.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, dependencies, ambiguity, and areas that need decisions.
  • Comfort working independently and proactively within a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using project and workflow management tools such as Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting organizational readiness, change enablement, communications, training, or adoption efforts.
  • Background in creative technology, creative workflows, or workflow transformation.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled ways of working or creative automation.
  • Experience helping teams adopt new tools, processes, or ways of working.
  • Ability to make complex information easy to understand for creative and marketing audiences.
  • Experience building playbooks, process documents, stakeholder communications, or presentations.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to support improvement of end-to-end workflows for scale.
