Responsibilities

• Design and develop clear, effective learning content and instructional materials.
• Translate business needs and subject matter into engaging training experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine learning solutions.
• Create materials that support learner understanding, retention, and application.
• Incorporate multimedia, visuals, and interactive elements where appropriate.
• Revise and update content based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Ensure deliverables are organized, polished, and aligned with project objectives.

Skills

• Experience in instructional design, learning development, or a related field.
• Ability to create well-structured, learner-centered training content.
• Strong written communication and content organization skills.
• Comfort working with cross-functional partners and collecting feedback.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing a variety of training formats and learning assets.
• Familiarity with tools used to build instructional or digital learning content.
