Join a high-impact marketing technology team as a Project Manager supporting customer data platform initiatives that help power better guest experiences and data-driven decisions. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate multiple priority projects, drive clarity across cross-functional partners, and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action logs for assigned initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across product, engineering, data, and business teams to support on-time delivery.
- Track multiple workstreams at once and provide clear visibility into status, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Prepare regular status updates, dashboards, and leadership-ready summaries.
- Build and maintain project documentation, intake trackers, prioritization logs, and meeting notes.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Facilitate working sessions, capture decisions, and follow through on action items.
- Support Q4 milestone tracking and provide a final summary of assignment progress and outcomes.
Skills
- 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in project or program management supporting complex data or technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk tracking.
- Experience creating dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage competing deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with customer data platforms, identity resolution, audience management, or marketing technology.
- Background supporting retail, loyalty, personalization, or guest-facing digital initiatives.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with sprint planning, quarterly planning, and roadmap tracking.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or Power BI.
