Project Manager, Brand Workflow Execution
Role overview
- The Project Manager will provide day-to-day operational and workflow-management support across participating brands and interconnected workstreams.
- The Project Manager will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program objectives into organized, executable project activities.
- The contractor will maintain detailed project plans, coordinate daily activities, track tasks and deadlines, prepare working sessions, document decisions and open items, and help ensure stakeholders have the information and materials needed to keep work moving. The Project Manager will provide executional and operational support across brand workflows.
- This is an individual-contributor contractor role with no direct reports or formal people-management responsibility.
- The Project Manager will coordinate project activities and support execution across assigned workstreams.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, production, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating day-to-day execution across multiple projects, workstreams, brands, or stakeholder groups.
- Ability to build and maintain project plans, schedules, task trackers, action-item logs, meeting documentation, and status updates.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience coordinating meetings, working sessions, project touchpoints, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ability to capture decisions, document open questions, track dependencies, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across creative, marketing, technology, product, operations, external partners, or related functions.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain executional clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently while taking direction from designated program stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and surfacing risks, timeline concerns, missing inputs, and potential workflow blockers.
- Experience with Workfront, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar workflow and project-management tools.
- Experience supporting creative production, content development, brand marketing, or integrated marketing workflows.
- Familiarity with GenAI-enabled content workflows, creative automation, or emerging creative technologies.
- Experience supporting projects across multiple brands or business units.
- Familiarity with creative review, feedback, approval, and asset-delivery processes.
- Experience preparing presentations, process documentation, playbooks, or clear and concise status materials.
- Experience supporting new operating models, pilots, or workflow-improvement initiatives.
- Experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
- Understanding of change enablement, training coordination, or adoption support.
- Familiarity with Workfront or comparable enterprise workflow platforms.
- Day-to-day project activities are organized, documented, and tracked against agreed plans.
- Tasks, deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and open questions remain current and visible.
- Participating brand stakeholders receive consistent operational and project-coordination support.
- Program stakeholders have reliable project-level information to support integrated planning and reporting.
- Risks, timeline concerns, missing inputs, and workflow blockers are identified and surfaced in a timely manner.
- Working sessions and project meetings result in documented decisions, action items, responsible stakeholders, and next steps.
- Workstreams maintain consistent execution and coordination against established project plans.
