We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support seasonal sample flow for a fast-paced retail environment. In this onsite role, you will help ensure samples are received on time, tracked accurately, and supported through close collaboration with merchandising and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming samples and help ensure they are received in a timely manner across seasonal workflows.
• Keep samples organized and maintain clear records for receiving and tracking purposes.
• Communicate with merchandising partners regarding sample arrivals, delays, and related updates.
• Build strong working relationships with brand teams and other internal partners.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems and tools.
• Support the broader team with additional projects and operational tasks as needed.
