In this role, you will help ensure advertiser-submitted creative meets policy, brand, and platform standards while contributing to a smoother, higher-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Review creative approval and rejection recommendations produced by an AI-assisted validation workflow.
• Manually assess complex, ambiguous, or policy-sensitive creative submissions when additional review is needed.
• Document validation results clearly and consistently to support ongoing quality and audit readiness.
• Share structured feedback to help improve automation accuracy and overall workflow performance.
• Identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities to strengthen the creative review process.
• Help maintain compliance with creative policies and advertiser requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering partners on workflow improvements and policy updates.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience reviewing digital advertising creative or marketing assets.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and apply sound, consistent judgment.
