Join a dynamic cloud engineering team supporting a remote opportunity with a leading retail organization. This role focuses on designing and managing secure, high-performing cloud environments while partnering with development teams and global 3PL stakeholders to solve complex infrastructure challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and support cloud environments with a focus on availability, security, and performance.
• Partner with development teams to deliver infrastructure support, resolve issues, and enable reliable application delivery.
• Collaborate with global third-party logistics partners and vendor teams to support operational needs and integrations.
• Help maintain and improve complex system integrations between host systems and 3PL environments.
• Contribute to troubleshooting efforts across cloud and warehouse-related systems.
• Support ongoing technical efforts in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Skills

• Experience designing and managing cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of security, availability, and performance best practices.
• Background in supply chain operations and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support complex integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting a similar client environment.
• Familiarity with global 3PL partner collaboration.
• Experience working with host system integrations.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
