This role supports the coordination and tracking of email marketing campaigns and related operational work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will partner with project management, business analysis, campaign, and business stakeholders to help keep requests organized, documentation current, and campaign activity moving smoothly through established processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming marketing campaign requests and help prioritize work through a workflow management platform.
- Review intake submissions for completeness and follow up with stakeholders to gather missing details.
- Support project coordination efforts for marketing technology initiatives and special projects.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify technical requirements for straightforward requests and assist with campaign execution.
- Help review marketing campaigns to confirm required approvals, controls, and supporting documentation are in place.
- Maintain tracking for digital property inventory and related records.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for workflow processes and evidence procedures.
- Monitor team capacity and workload to support efficient operations.
- Coordinate campaign updates, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation revisions.
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or a closely related role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Experience using workflow tools such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Background in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project support.
- Experience working in a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and recommend practical solutions.
