Join a fast-paced corporate finance team where you will help drive balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, support variance analysis, and contribute to critical decision-making across the business. This role offers the opportunity to partner cross-functionally, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and help streamline reporting through AI and automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the monthly forecast process for balance sheet and cash flow items, including deferred revenue, receivables, billings, collections, lease-related balances, and other key assets and liabilities
- Prepare and deliver variance analysis comparing actual results to forecast, as well as current forecast to prior forecast
- Work closely with teams across operations, accounting, procurement, data analytics, treasury, and technical accounting to improve reporting quality and forecast accuracy
- Use AI and automation tools to improve recurring reporting and forecasting workflows, helping increase efficiency and precision
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial analyses that support business decisions
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts, especially balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large sets of financial data
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal direction
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NetSuite or Adaptive
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools used in financial planning and analysis
- Interest in or exposure to cybersecurity and/or SaaS environments
- Experience supporting balance sheet forecasting and related financial modeling
