We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Technical Project Manager to help guide the delivery of a large-scale custom software suite that includes native mobile apps, an employee web portal, and a participant-facing web application. This is a dynamic, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex work, aligning teams, and driving software initiatives from concept through rollout in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical project management efforts across multiple digital products and delivery workstreams.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependency trackers, and resource coordination tools to keep work moving forward.
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to align priorities and remove blockers.
- Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support end-to-end delivery of new software initiatives, including mobile and web-based solutions.
- Help coordinate software rollout, adoption planning, and scaling efforts across internal and external user groups.
- Create or improve implementation documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support successful adoption.
- Work proactively to keep timelines, scope, and execution aligned in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
Skills
- 5–10 years of experience delivering custom software projects.
- Background managing multiple products or platforms in a regulated environment.
- Direct experience launching new software products from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, architecture, APIs, and design principles.
- Advanced project management skills, including creating Gantt charts, multi-workstream plans, and resource tracking tools.
- Ability to work hands-on, stay organized, and manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve blockers effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting healthcare software or patient-facing digital products.
- Familiarity with product launch metrics and post-launch KPI tracking.
- Experience building implementation frameworks, SOPs, or training guides for software adoption.
- Ability to support organizational change and help teams scale new tools or processes successfully.
