Join a dynamic product and go-to-market team supporting complex digital initiatives that improve the client and internal user experience. This role focuses on business readiness, change management, and cross-functional coordination to help launch and support new or enhanced products, services, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans that support product releases and business readiness activities
• Partner with stakeholders across product, technology, operations, compliance, marketing, training, and client support to align launch activities
• Create, update, and maintain user guides, leader materials, and other supporting documentation
• Support communication planning, training delivery, and awareness efforts for internal teams and clients
• Review content for accuracy, version control, and overall quality before publication
• Help manage project status updates, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of shared digital content and collaboration sites
• Assist in resolving business or client-facing issues in partnership with operational teams

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or general project management
• 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking environments
• Strong background in change management, business readiness, or go-to-market support
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and business groups
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with SharePoint, eLearning tools, and Articulate

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large, complex initiatives across business and technology teams
• Familiarity with training content development and train-the-trainer programs
• Ability to influence alignment across teams and support execution of strategic initiatives
• Experience creating content for internal and external audiences
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
