Join a dynamic team supporting large-scale digital initiatives for a corporate banking environment. This contract role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented product and change management professional who enjoys collaborating across teams to drive successful product launches, client readiness, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for complex digital product and process changes.
- Partner with product, technology, operations, compliance, legal, marketing, sales, training, and other stakeholders to align launch readiness efforts.
- Develop and maintain change management approaches that support internal communication, training, and awareness initiatives.
- Create, review, and update user guides, leader materials, train-the-trainer resources, and self-service documentation.
- Perform content quality checks to help ensure materials remain accurate, current, and aligned to brand and messaging standards.
- Help manage status reporting and communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the team’s SharePoint site and related support materials.
- Work with support teams to address issues efficiently and help improve the client and internal user experience.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management and/or project management.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate or commercial banking environments.
- Strong background in change management, launch readiness, or business readiness initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across business and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
- Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with status reporting and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting corporate digital initiatives or complex client-facing product launches.
- Comfort working with SharePoint, eLearning tools, and Articulate.
- Experience creating training content, communications, or documentation for internal users.
- Ability to influence alignment across teams and support strategic execution.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle activities from planning through delivery.
