Join a dynamic team as a Project Coordinator supporting assessment and remediation efforts across acquired business sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and can bring clarity, organization, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives involving security, technology, infrastructure, and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across multiple acquired sites and workstreams.
- Build and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, and status reports.
- Track findings, decisions, risks, dependencies, and open actions through to completion.
- Identify gaps, missing information, and unresolved questions that could slow progress.
- Set clear owners and target dates for tasks, then follow up consistently to ensure accountability.
- Organize and facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and project check-ins.
- Document action items, decisions, next steps, and follow-through requirements.
- Partner with technical and subject matter experts to translate remediation needs into trackable work.
- Monitor progress across sites and proactively surface risks, blockers, and overdue items.
- Prepare concise updates for stakeholders summarizing progress, priorities, and attention areas.
- Help establish consistent processes and documentation practices for assessment and remediation efforts.
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and tasks at the same time.
- Experience maintaining project documentation such as plans, action logs, RAID logs, or schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort facilitating meetings and turning discussions into clear actions and decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with common project coordination and collaboration tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in an evolving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, technology, risk, compliance, or remediation programs.
- Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or acquired business environments.
- Familiarity with security assessments, compliance requirements, risk remediation, or discovery activities.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and keep work moving forward.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach.
