JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Project Coordinator supporting assessment and remediation efforts across acquired business sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and can bring clarity, organization, and momentum to cross-functional initiatives involving security, technology, infrastructure, and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across multiple acquired sites and workstreams.
  • Build and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, and status reports.
  • Track findings, decisions, risks, dependencies, and open actions through to completion.
  • Identify gaps, missing information, and unresolved questions that could slow progress.
  • Set clear owners and target dates for tasks, then follow up consistently to ensure accountability.
  • Organize and facilitate working sessions, stakeholder meetings, and project check-ins.
  • Document action items, decisions, next steps, and follow-through requirements.
  • Partner with technical and subject matter experts to translate remediation needs into trackable work.
  • Monitor progress across sites and proactively surface risks, blockers, and overdue items.
  • Prepare concise updates for stakeholders summarizing progress, priorities, and attention areas.
  • Help establish consistent processes and documentation practices for assessment and remediation efforts.

Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and tasks at the same time.
  • Experience maintaining project documentation such as plans, action logs, RAID logs, or schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort facilitating meetings and turning discussions into clear actions and decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with common project coordination and collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively in an evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, technology, risk, compliance, or remediation programs.
  • Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or acquired business environments.
  • Familiarity with security assessments, compliance requirements, risk remediation, or discovery activities.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and keep work moving forward.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach.
