Join a high-impact data team supporting business-critical revenue reporting and analysis for a fast-moving SaaS environment. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can bridge Finance and data platforms, translate complex business needs into clear requirements, and independently investigate ARR and NRR questions with strong analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary partner for Finance stakeholders, gathering requests, clarifying requirements, and helping prioritize work based on business impact.
• Own recurring ad hoc analysis for ARR and NRR, providing timely insights and clear explanations for business questions.
• Support quarter-end close activities, including ARR snapshots, bridge reconciliation, variance analysis, and sign-off preparation.
• Help define and document new go-to-market structures so they can be modeled and reported accurately.
• Investigate bridge movements, maintain ARR reporting logic, and support ongoing model updates.
• Design and deliver new reporting, dashboards, or recurring outputs for metrics that do not yet exist.
• Work closely across Finance and data teams to determine when an issue can be solved through analysis versus when engineering support is needed.

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, revenue analytics, finance analytics, FP&A systems, or a related field, including experience at a public SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, renewals, ATR, and bookings.
• Hands-on SQL skills with the ability to query Snowflake independently.
• Ability to read dbt models and trace how numbers are built across data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce objects and how opportunities, quotes, entitlements, and renewals connect.
• Practical understanding of deal structures such as ramp, flex, multi-year, delayed start, co-terming, and early renewal.
• Experience partnering with Finance on reporting that requires accuracy, traceability, and auditability.
• Background in product ownership or analytics business analysis with backlog ownership.
• Ability to define new metrics and build reporting from the ground up.
• Comfort using AI and LLM tools to accelerate analysis and presentation-ready work.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings in business-friendly language.
