Join a fast-paced, fully remote data entry opportunity supporting a product development team during a system transition. In this role, you’ll help ensure information is accurate, complete, and well-documented while collaborating with internal partners to keep work moving smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate product specifications across multiple systems and documents to help ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify missing, conflicting, or incorrect information and follow up to resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with internal teams to support project entry and address issues that may impact timelines.
• Track validation progress, maintain clear documentation, and communicate outstanding items as needed.
• Support a high-volume work environment by staying organized, responsive, and detail-focused.
• Follow established processes while working independently and adapting to changing priorities.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data validation.
• Ability to compare information across systems and spot inconsistencies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with food specifications, labeling, packaging, or regulatory compliance.
