We are seeking a hands-on Senior Associate Product Manager to help translate a sales enablement vision into clear, buildable product requirements and delivery plans. This onsite role in Irvine, CA offers the opportunity to partner across business, design, data, architecture, and technology teams to shape meaningful outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn high-level experience and business goals into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, release planning, PI planning, and increment definition.
• Define functional data needs and help support a Financial Services Cloud data model, including relationships, hierarchies, entitlements, and data quality considerations.
• Partner with business and data stakeholders to establish signal taxonomy, prioritization, and freshness rules for sales users.
• Work closely with design teams to validate assumptions through prototyping and representative data.
• Collaborate across business, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and move decisions forward.
• Help define measurable product outcomes tied to adoption, productivity, quality, and business value.
• Support delivery across advisor and institutional sales experiences within a regulated financial services setting.

Skills

• 4+ years of product management or functional product experience, ideally in asset management or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of asset management distribution and sales enablement workflows, including lead management, client 360, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including objects, workflows, permissions, and core platform capabilities.
• Experience with functional and logical data modeling, entity definition, master data management concepts, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, architects, designers, data teams, and engineering partners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions in financial services.
• Familiarity with headless or composable architectures and reusable services across multiple channels.
• Experience delivering products where data architecture and data quality are still evolving.
