We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Manager, Product Manager to help turn a client’s sales enablement vision into clear functional requirements, actionable data definitions, and well-prioritized delivery plans. This onsite opportunity in Irvine, CA offers the chance to work across business, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to help shape meaningful product outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate experience and business vision into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, release planning, PI planning, and increment definitions.
• Define functional data requirements and support data model needs, including entities, relationships, hierarchies, entitlements, and data quality considerations.
• Partner with business and data stakeholders to define signal taxonomy, prioritization, and freshness rules for sales users.
• Collaborate with experience and design teams to validate assumptions through prototyping and representative data.
• Serve as a bridge between business, design, architecture, data, and engineering teams to resolve dependencies and support decision-making.
• Help define measurable product outcomes tied to adoption, productivity, quality, and business value.
• Support delivery across advisor and institutional sales experiences within a regulated financial services setting.

Skills

• 8+ years of product management or functional product experience.
• Background in asset management or wealth management is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales enablement journeys, including lead management, client views, account hierarchies, engagement, pipeline, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including standard and custom objects, workflows, permissions, and platform capabilities.
• Experience in functional and logical data modeling, including MDM concepts, data quality, lineage, and entitlements.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, including PI planning and functional acceptance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across senior stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and Agentforce.
• Exposure to AI-enabled or agentic solutions in financial services.
• Familiarity with headless or composable architectures and reusable services across channels.
• Experience delivering products in environments where data architecture and quality are still evolving.
