This role blends certification program administration, support triage, reporting, and process improvement to help create a smooth experience for partner learners as the program scales.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate registration and exam scheduling in Pearson VUE, ensuring eligibility and entitlement rules are applied correctly.
- Review certification completion records submitted through partner intake forms and route credentialed learners to the appropriate downstream groups.
- Serve as the main contact for the partner enablement support inbox and respond to questions about exam access, scheduling, certification status, and discount eligibility.
- Partner with an AI support agent to handle routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues when needed.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into certification attainment, pass rates, and program progress across the partner ecosystem.
- Connect certification data with partner tiers, co-sell eligibility, and business outcomes to support internal reporting and decision-making.
- Document manual workflows and identify opportunities to improve operations, automation, and knowledge transfer.
- Work cross-functionally with partner, operations, engineering, RevOps, and IT teams to help resolve issues affecting candidate access, data flow, or platform performance.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in certification operations, learning operations, or partner program operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Hands-on experience with Pearson VUE or a comparable proctored certification platform, including registration, scheduling, eligibility settings, voucher management, and proctoring workflows.
- Strong understanding of how certification platforms connect with partner portals, Salesforce, identity systems, and data warehouses.
- Experience troubleshooting integration and data issues across systems and ensuring clean, reliable data pipelines.
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, light formulas, scripting, and dashboarding/reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reports.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage high-volume email and Slack-based support clearly and professionally.
- Sound judgment in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the ability to decide when to resolve, escalate, or seek input.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with partner ecosystems such as GSIs, CSPs, or resellers.
- Familiarity with how certification and enablement data supports partner tiering, co-sell motions, and pipeline attribution.
- Experience building longer-term reporting frameworks that track learner progression from enrollment through certification and business impact.
- Process documentation experience with an eye toward scalability and future automation.
