Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support using established templates to share information and updates with partners
- Assign and distribute reports to the appropriate stakeholders for follow-up
- Use a case management system to document, track, and manage work items
- Route information accurately and promptly while maintaining organized records
- Support consistent processes by following documented procedures and workflow expectations
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy and flag items that need additional review
- Prioritize a high volume of detailed tasks while maintaining quality and timeliness
- Exercise sound judgment when determining when issues should be escalated
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with care and discretion
- Adapt quickly to changes in procedures, classifications, workflows, and business needs
Skills
- Experience in a high-volume, process-driven environment such as case management, records processing, complaint intake, claims, tickets, or investigations support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter, review, and maintain information accurately in a system
- Ability to identify missing, unclear, inconsistent, or potentially inaccurate information
- Capacity to follow quality standards, classification rules, and service-level expectations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities
- Good judgment when applying established criteria and knowing when to escalate
- Comfort handling confidential business or employee-related information
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting HR, employee relations, ethics, compliance, investigations, workplace concerns, or a related case-management function
- Familiarity with Outlook
- Experience using ChatGPT
- Experience with EthicsPoint or another investigations, compliance, HR, or case-management platform
