Join a dynamic marketing team supporting the go-to-market execution and evidence strategy for a digital surgical platform. This role blends clinical marketing, field enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to help shape launch readiness, surgeon engagement, and evidence-based messaging.
Responsibilities
- Lead evidence capture efforts by standardizing key metrics across accounts and supporting site setup before, during, and after program activities
- Partner with pilot sites and subject matter experts to gather feedback and refine engagement approaches
- Translate clinical and real-world insights into compliant, globally aligned marketing claims and value messaging
- Support the development and maintenance of claims matrices and coordinate medical, legal, and regulatory review processes
- Collaborate with clinical partners to identify evidence gaps and inform future data needs
- Drive cross-functional launch planning with commercial, clinical, and regional teams
- Manage collateral submissions through regulated review workflows and help ensure messaging and branding stay aligned
- Create surgeon-facing content, training materials, case videos, and procedural resources for field teams
- Support podium strategy, publication planning, and the integration of clinical data into marketing initiatives
Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in medical device marketing or commercial execution
- Background in surgical or digital health environments
- Experience with launch planning, field marketing, or sales enablement
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to develop messaging, tools, and training materials for commercial teams
- Proven success working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred Skills
- Experience partnering with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations
- Familiarity with claims development and evidence-based marketing strategy
- Comfort working closely with teams across different regions and time zones
- Exposure to clinical affairs, medical/legal/regulatory review, or regulated content workflows
- Experience supporting innovation programs or pilot initiatives
