We’re looking for a collaborative CDP Consultant to help clients turn customer data into meaningful marketing outcomes. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide discovery, shape activation strategies, and support the design and delivery of scalable Customer Data Platform solutions, with a primary focus on Adobe Real-Time CDP.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted day-to-day platform consultant for clients, offering guidance on CDP capabilities, use cases, and audience activation
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover business goals, data needs, and opportunities for CDP-driven marketing
• Translate business and marketing requirements into clear technical and functional CDP needs across identity resolution, governance, data ingestion, segmentation, and reporting
• Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to support scalable implementation and activation strategies
• Help prioritize initiatives that improve personalization, segmentation, and cross-channel customer engagement
• Define activation approaches across channels such as paid media, email, SMS, and web personalization
• Collaborate with internal teams to document CDP and orchestration solutions and maintain clear platform documentation
• Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices
• Manage incoming platform requests and work with internal partners to support prioritization and delivery
• Support project coordination by working closely with project management teams on timelines and concurrent initiatives
• Provide hands-on support and enablement to client teams so they can confidently use CDP capabilities
• Promote responsible data handling and awareness of information security and privacy requirements throughout the data lifecycle

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an agency or consulting environment with strong client-facing communication skills
• 3+ years of experience working with customer data platforms, ideally Adobe Real-Time CDP
• Hands-on experience configuring RTCDP and building complex audiences
• Strong understanding of modern customer data architecture and activation use cases
• Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements and practical solutions
• Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and collaborating across technical and business teams
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts in a simple, actionable way
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Comfort working in a consulting setting with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with the broader Adobe ecosystem
• Experience with Adobe Tags and AEP SDK implementation
• Exposure to analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Background working with marketing automation tools
• Experience with A/B testing tools
• Ability to support multiple CDP and marketing automation platforms as business needs evolve
