Bring your creative production expertise to a fast-paced team supporting multi-channel campaigns from concept through delivery. This onsite Creative Producer role in Minneapolis offers the opportunity to help lead production logistics, strengthen workflows, and support high-impact creative work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated creative production across multiple channels from concept development through post-production and final delivery
• Coordinate production logistics with an organized, solutions-oriented approach and an enterprise mindset
• Support creative teams by helping manage work across photography, live-action video, animation, motion graphics, post-production, and radio
• Help improve and expand production capabilities and workflows
• Work through complex projects in different stages while maintaining clarity, flexibility, and momentum
• Partner with stakeholders to keep work aligned, organized, and moving forward
• Use tools such as Miro, Outlook, and Excel to support planning, scheduling, and production coordination

Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative or media production
• Strong background in multi-media production, including photography, video, animation, motion graphics, post-production, and radio
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stage projects with changing priorities and ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year college degree

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting AI-related production workflows
• Comfort using Miro for collaboration and planning
• Strong working knowledge of Outlook for scheduling and Excel for tracking and organization
• Flexibility to travel, including weekends when needed
• Ability to thrive in a role that requires adaptability and critical thinking
