Bring your expertise in sales enablement technology to a role where you’ll help shape how teams find, manage, and use content and learning resources every day. This position supports a high-impact enablement platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve content governance, streamline processes, and enhance the experience for internal sellers and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration of the sales enablement platform, including uploading content, maintaining metadata, and organizing announcements and new materials
- Collaborate with enablement, marketing, sales operations, and content contributors to keep information accurate, current, and easy to access
- Help review feedback and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency for administrators and end users
- Assist in documenting and refining governance, policies, and procedures related to platform management and content hygiene
- Partner with the team to maintain consistency across internal seller and partner experiences
- Support ongoing adoption of the platform by helping content creators follow established standards and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting or administering a sales enablement content management platform such as Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad, with Highspot preferred
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar environment
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to follow processes carefully while contributing to improvements
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting content governance, metadata standards, or platform hygiene initiatives
- Familiarity with improving workflows and documenting operating procedures
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A proactive mindset and interest in helping teams work more efficiently
- Experience supporting both internal and external user experiences within a platform
