Join a dynamic HRIS team as a hands-on analyst supporting system administration, reporting, security, and operational improvements in a complex enterprise environment. This contract role offers the opportunity to partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to help maintain accurate, secure, and efficient HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the HRIS platform and related modules on an ongoing basis.
- Configure business rules, workflows, tables, fields, organizational structures, and other system settings.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security profiles to help protect system integrity.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot reports using the reporting tool.
- Support configuration and administration of learning management functionality.
- Assist with timekeeping setup, including pay rules, time codes, exceptions, and approval flows.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to systems, data, access, and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, IT, and other partners to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Perform data audits, reconciliations, testing, and quality checks to maintain accuracy.
- Support releases, enhancements, testing cycles, and production deployments.
- Document configurations, procedures, support processes, and user guidance.
- Assist with recurring operational tasks, data loads, interface support, and exports for downstream data use and retention.
Skills
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including significant experience with ADP Vantage.
- Working knowledge of HRIS configuration and administration.
- Experience with reporting in ADPR.
- Experience managing system security, access controls, roles, and permissions.
- Understanding of core HR, payroll, and employee data processes.
- Ability to gather requirements, test changes, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with sensitive employee and payroll data.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting ADP Vantage in a large or complex enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations, file feeds, data imports, and vendor interfaces.
- Experience with system upgrades, module implementations, or process improvement efforts.
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation, and data validation.
- Understanding of HR data privacy, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
