Join a fast-moving GenAI discovery and prototyping team focused on building secure, scalable solutions that connect enterprise data pipelines, large language models, and rapid application prototypes. This full-stack engineering role offers the opportunity to modernize application architecture, deliver impactful features across the stack, and help shape how AI-powered tools are built and deployed in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack application features using C# on the back end and React with TypeScript on the front end.
• Design workflows that securely ingest, validate, parse, and return LLM outputs within enterprise systems.
• Build and support integrations between internal data sources and generative AI models for application prototypes and production-ready solutions.
• Contribute to modern AI engineering practices, including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and skills-based integrations.
• Deploy and support applications through Azure-based CI/CD pipelines and assist with logging, monitoring, and basic infrastructure-as-code efforts.
• Partner with platform and security teams to troubleshoot issues in secure, multi-environment enterprise setups with governance and firewall constraints.
• Help modernize legacy workflows and move solutions toward cloud-native, twelve-factor application design.
• Work independently to investigate bugs, remove blockers, and move work from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision.

Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in an enterprise or fast-paced product environment.
• Strong back-end development experience with C# and scalable web services.
• Hands-on front-end experience with React and TypeScript in the Node.js ecosystem.
• Direct production experience integrating GenAI or LLMs into software applications or data processing workflows.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud-native application principles, including container workflows and standard logging/monitoring practices.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and troubleshoot across multiple layers of the stack.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments, including AWS and AWS EKS.
• Experience supporting animal nutrition, formulation, or similar large-scale software platforms.
• Background modernizing legacy applications or contributing to major platform migrations.
• Familiarity with AI security, governance frameworks, and data privacy practices.
• Experience working in teams that value experimentation, rapid iteration, and cross-functional collaboration.
