Join a short-term remote consulting opportunity supporting task analysis across the Adobe Suite, with a focus on turning discovery findings into practical recommendations. This role is ideal for a hands-on subject matter expert who can assess work for onshore, offshore, or AI potential and help identify where SOPs and QA documentation are needed.
Responsibilities
- Review task breakdowns from internal discovery and evaluate how work can be structured across the Adobe Suite.
- Assess tasks for onshore, offshore, or AI suitability using practical platform expertise and sound judgment.
- Provide recommendations on what is realistically achievable for offshore support and AI-enabled execution.
- Identify where standard operating procedures and quality assurance documentation are needed to support task execution.
- Offer an informed perspective on the spectrum of AI opportunity, from support-led to more AI-native approaches.
- Collaborate remotely for approximately 6 hours per week over a 5-week engagement beginning October 5.
- Complete any required background screening prior to the start of the assignment, which may include fingerprinting.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite-related workflows, including Salesforce Marketing, Adobe Analytics, and SharePoint.
- Experience evaluating operational work and determining the best execution model for each task.
- Ability to apply an objective, practical lens to task analysis and delivery recommendations.
- Understanding of process documentation needs, including SOPs and QA requirements.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present recommendations thoughtfully and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience advising on offshore support models or AI-enabled workflow design.
- Familiarity with process improvement, operational planning, or workflow optimization.
- Ability to assess ambition scenarios and provide realistic guidance on implementation options.
- Prior consulting experience or experience working with internal discovery teams.
